Citric acid is a weak organic acid widely used throughout industry. It is used as a pH adjuster, chelating agent, preservative, flavor enhancer, among many other uses.
Material is available from both domestic and import sources in 50 # bags and supersacks as a dry good and in drums and IBCs as a liquid solution ranging from 25% to 50%. Custom dilutions are available by request.
